At LittleNest World, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping

Refunds After Return

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
