Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–12 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Other countries: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LittleNest World is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item and packaging

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 5 days so we can assist with an investigation.

LittleNest World is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
